About Indea Leo

Hi, I’m Indea Leo, owner of Forma Fitness in Boulder, CO. As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in corrective exercise, functional fitness, and longevity-focused training. Helping people move better, build strength, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives is my passion.

I’ll tailor a plan with workouts, nutrition strategies, and sustainable lifestyle changes to help you reach your healthier weight and keep the results. I also partner with Integrative Weight Loss, as their in-house fitness coach, combining functional medicine and expert guidance for optimal results.
